1. Services Provided

Creation By Design offers Human Design chart readings, digital reports, meditations, essential oil blends & related products for informational & personal development purposes. Charts are generated via BodyGraph software through an integrated third-party tool.

All readings & content on this website are intended for educational & self-awareness purposes & do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a reading or product from this website. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

All readings must be booked & paid for in advance through the online booking system. You will receive confirmation & session details via email. Amanda Riley reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe & PayPal. Prices are listed in GBP & include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If you are unsatisfied with your digital product (e.g., a chart report), please contact us within 7 days to discuss a solution. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may not always be possible.

5. Use of the BodyGraph Chart Tool

The Human Design charts are generated using BodyGraph software (bodygraphchart.com). By using this tool on our site, you acknowledge & agree to BodyGraph’s Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, which govern the chart generator functionality. Creation By Design is not responsible for the performance, accuracy or third-party data handling of BodyGraph software.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, downloads, meditations & chart interpretations is the intellectual property of Amanda Riley unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Comments & Testimonials

By submitting feedback or comments (written, verbal, or online), you grant Amanda Riley permission to use anonymised versions for promotional purposes on this website & social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amanda Riley shall not be held liable for any decisions you make based on information obtained from this site or during a reading. Human Design is a self-development tool & should not replace professional medical or psychological care. Always consult the appropriate professional for advice on health, finances or legal matters.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review the Privacy Policy for how your data is collected, used & stored, including data shared with BodyGraph for chart generation.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
