You Are Made of Energy:
Trust Your Inner Guidance

We are made of energy.
That’s not just a spiritual concept—it’s a scientific one. At the smallest level, our bodies are made up of atoms that are constantly moving, vibrating, and interacting. This movement creates an energy field around each of us. You may have heard it called an aura, but whatever you call it, it’s real—and it affects how we experience life and how others experience us.
In Human Design, we learn that there’s more to our energy than just what surrounds us. At the very centre of our design is something called the Magnetic Monopole. It’s a unique part of us that lives in the G Centre—the place that governs love, direction, and identity. Unlike a regular magnet with two poles, this one has only one. It doesn’t pull things in both directions—it pulls everything in one unified direction: forward, along your path in life.
The Magnetic Monopole is what ties your mind and your body together—your personality and your design. It’s what helps keep you on track, even if you don’t realise it. It’s a quiet force guiding you toward the right people, places, and experiences for you.
The problem is, many of us have stopped listening to that internal guidance. Our minds have taken over. And for good reason—throughout history, we’ve relied on mental strategy to survive. We’ve had to think ahead, make plans, and react quickly in order to stay safe. But now we’re living in a different kind of world—one where most of us aren’t in survival mode every day, yet we still treat life like a battlefield.
We overthink. We doubt our instincts. We try to make sense of everything with logic, even when something deep down tells us we’re going the wrong way. Our minds try to protect us from failure or rejection, but in doing so, they often pull us away from what’s actually right for us.
Your body knows. Your inner sense—whether it shows up as a gut feeling, a deep knowing, or a gentle pull—is trying to guide you. That’s your Magnetic Monopole at work. It’s not loud or forceful, but it’s reliable. When you begin to trust it, life feels less chaotic. Things start to line up. You feel more like yourself.
This doesn’t mean your mind is bad. It just means it’s not meant to be in charge. It’s a tool, not the driver. When we shift the power back to our inner knowing—our bodies, our energy, our natural intelligence—we find alignment.
So ask yourself: are you trying to think your way through life? Or are you allowing yourself to feel your way forward?
It might be time to stop pushing, stop planning everything, and start listening to what your inner self already knows.
Because when you do, life doesn’t just work better—it feels better.
